But the pad that shipped with the CD-i hardware defies all reason. Held in one hand, it's basically like a television remote -- the directional pad surrounded by two tiny, thin buttons. Perfect for browsing through the menus of Shelley Duvall's It's A Bird's Life. Awful for gaming. www.1up.com

However, Nintendo is not slick. They are acting like this is new and they haven't tried it before. Remember
The Power Glove which was called innovative and was probably the least useful of all peripherals. The Power Glove along with the sensors that were to be placed around your TV supposedly allowed you to control the game through virtual reality. This lasted all of 2 minutes before you got bored. Then enter
R.O.B. the most pointless piece of Christmas crap. There wasn't much to R.O.B. except for dropping spinning gyros...wtf was that game about?
Nintendo Un-Revolution's new controller
OK! We know it. Nintendo just keeps disappointing with wackness. Here is the picture of the new controller for the new Next-Gen system. And all we can say is that we don't want to play games with a remote control. The analog stick will me used for "attachments" to play other games. Ummm...ok...no!
I think this new dildo design will be popular with the ladies or it's a remote control design that will be popular with couch potates....but mostly this is what Nintendo has become. Remember in Purple Rain when the club owner said "nobody understand your music but yourself." This is what's happening with Nintendo. Nobody understands what they hell they are doing.
But we will be playing the the Revolution controller in about a week when we meet with Nintendo and will have a full report here.

The ceramic white Sony PSPavailable in Japan now
A new batch of PSP in a cool icy white new flavor for us video game heads. Now shipping out in JApan and will soon hit the states. Hopefully, the PSP will take note that users do like lots of colors and will release a fire engine read or lime green version of the PSP soon. We'd also like to see artist branded versions as well, with a full album loaded on to a memory stick. Think of it a Bananna yellow PSP and a yellow memory stick with Gwen Stefi's album pre-loaded on to it. SOE think limited edition!

A hot new idea for the PSP
So looks like Sony and the PSP are expanding out to co-branded movie tie-in games/UMD movies. So these new the hybrid UMD's will simply re-package a movie and tie up video game content. So in the new Wipeout Pure: Setalth Edition will include the first three levels of Wipeout Pure and a new “Stealth” track featuring the advanced fighter jet from the box office bomb staring Jamie Foxx. The game will be a bonus feature in the UMD version of Stealth, which will also include the 2.0 firmware upgrade for the PSP if you haven't upgraded already.
